Stuart Finer
Mr. Finer's practice emphasizes public investors' rights. Since 1998, Mr. Finer has protected investors by filing claims with the NASD and has recovered awards that have included out of pocket losses, interest, attorney's fees and punitive damages. Customer's claims have been filed for unsuitability, fraud, misrepresentation and breach of contract for losses resulting from various forms of neglect by financial advisors. Mr. Finer is a member of a national association dedicated to protecting investors, PIABA. Since 1973 Mr. Finer has also represented clients in Commercial and Residential real estate transactions including Malls and commercial office buildings and development of condominium and land sub divisions and has also represented several municipalities. His practice includes various construction contractors and corporate clients. Mr. Finer is an agent for Old Republic Title Company and writes residential and commercial title Insurance.
Julie Giruzzi-Mosca
Ms. Mosca's practice emphasizes family law and Divorce. She is qualified to practice collaborative law and was named law guardian of the year by the Peacemaker Program in 2006. She has tried cases regarding support, custody, divorce and equitable distribution in Oneida, Lewis, and Herkimer counties and represented clients in the Onondaga county courts.
Ms. Mosca also practices in Bankruptcy court, Workers compensation, and Traffic Court. She also is active on the Oneida County Bar Association Board of Directors and the Board of the Peacemaker Program
