WHAT TO EXPECT::

Intake:Your therapist will provide a health history form at the initial appointment to make sure there are no contraindications in your health for receiving massage. Your therapist will also find out what your preferences are during the treatment and come up with a plan that will suit your needs most benificially.

Professional Standards: During your massage the utmost professionalism will be present. You will be draped with a sheet and or towels at all times in accordance with New York State law, except for the area of your body being worked. Clients are to be aware that at no time will the breasts or genitals be uncovered. Any sexual advances will result in immediate termination of the session with full payment due.

Comfort and Pressure: It is important to notify your therapist about preference of pressure during your massage, and if you would like more or less pressure at anytime. If you feel unusual pain, discomfort or illness please inform your therapist.

Cancellation Policy:Your appointment time is set aside especially for you! We attempt to accommodate all of our clients and take pride in arriving on time. We do understand things come up; if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please let us know as early as possible. Failure to reschedule or cancel by phone within 24 hours of you appointment will result in the fee of the scheduled service. Thank you for your consideration!
